Depending on your cardiovascular needs, we offer rehab as an option to help you make improved changes in your behavior and day-to-day life.

Intensive cardiac rehabilitation

Our ICR outpatient program is led by our skilled and experienced cardiac rehab team of specialists. Our experts are knowledgeable in the fields of exercise, nutrition and mental health.

The nationally recognized Pritikin Intensive Cardiac Rehab (ICR) program offers a flexible curriculum of medically supervised exercises that are tailored to your fitness level. Additionally, in-person and multimedia-based immersive workshops, cooking classes and nutrition consultations are available. Our expertise is based upon the three key pillars to heart health — regular exercise, a heart-healthy eating plan and a healthy mind set.

If you medically qualify,* you will have access to the knowledge and resources culminated from extensive clinical research findings of medical and nutrition experts in this field of study. Importantly, the program is approved by Medicare and many commercial insurers.

*Qualifying medical conditions may include: heart attack, heart bypass surgery, currently stable angina pectoris, heart valve repair or replacement, percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty/stenting, heart or heart-lung transplant, or chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (EF).
