Facility scheduler
In order to access the scheduler, your computer must use Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher. If you do not use Internet Explorer, you will not be able to access the site. To determine your IE version, open your internet browser, click on Help and then select About Internet Explorer. The version will be displayed in the information screen.
HCA Hope Fund
The HCA Hope Fund is an employee-run, employee-supported 501(c)3 charity. The goal of the HCA Hope Fund is simple: to help HCA employees and their immediate families who are affected by hardship. This includes disasters, extended illness/injury and other special situations. The fund provides emergency information, referrals and/or financial aid. HCA employees, vendors, affiliated physicians and the general public can make tax-deductible donations to the fund.

Employment verification
Option 1: Visit Thomas & Company and select “Request Employment and Wage Verification” (Green Button) on the home page. The requesting party will be charged a nominal processing fee. Provide the company code HCA747 and the employee’s Social Security Number.
Option 2: Call the Verifications Department at (615) 620-0569 to submit a request and make alternate payment arrangements (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check, or Money Order). Provide the company code HCA747 and the employee’s Social Security Number.

Hospital affiliation letters
Outside organizations can quickly and easily request the verification of physicians in good standing at an HCA facility. The requesting organization may self generate and print a verification letter.
Electronic health record
Imagine a day when physicians and other clinicians can log in to Parkridge Health System's clinical portal with one sign-on, electronically sign unsigned orders and charts, and guide their patients' care from virtually any location with an internet connection. You don't have to imagine... that day is here! Through the portal, physicians can access clinical data for patient care. Doctors can complete their incomplete records as part of a new Health Information Management (HIM) Shared Services model that launched in tandem with the portal. They can even access the portal remotely - whether they're in the office, at home, or traveling.
Colleagues across HCA have worked tirelessly in bringing a collective vision for the role of electronic health records in the care of our patients. Parkridge Health Colleagues, the Marketing Department would like to bring "stories" around Parkridge Health System into focus the coming year. In order to do that, we need your help. When you hear of or experience an amazing story involving a patient and/or colleague, we ask that you tell us! But remember, please do not send private health information, only the bird's level view of a story.
For example: "We had a patient who knitted all of us sock in appreciation of the care!" At this stage, no identifying patient info is needed or wanted. If the story seems to align with our model of Care Like Family, the Marketing Team may reach out to you for next steps. No information will be shared without appropriate legal written consent from all parties involved.
